Well folks, I survived my first college semester. The minute I finished that last final I did a little dance as I walked out of the science center.
So in honor of being done, I want to post a little recap of my semester and the top 5 things that happened this fall (in no particular order):

I am lucky that living in Boston I have so much family nearby! And it has been so much fun to get to know them all a lot better. From going to the Nutcracker to spending Thanksgiving on Nantucket, they have taken such great care of me. I am so appreciative of the love and kindness they have shown me! At first I was kinda bummed that I didn't live in more of a central part of campus. But now, I realize how lucky I am to live here. Not only is it directly next to the admission office where I work (yes, that means a 30 second commute) but also the people on my floor are some of the nicest, funniest and most selfless people you will ever meet. | I have made such amazing friends during these last few months. These people have become my college family! Whether its going out for dinner or dressing in our PJs and *attempting* to watch the Victoria's Secret fashion show (we couldn't find a TV that worked), we always seem to have fun. I am also so lucky to have made some amazing upperclassman friends who have acted as big sisters and mentors to me. I love traveling and I love spending time in new cities. Boston is beautiful and there is so much to do! It is also such a cool historical city. I also like how easy it is to get around with the T system (although I do sometimes confuse the whole inbound and outbound concept!). I will admit, this is not the best cookie I had in Boston (although it was still pretty delicious). I have had some of the most delicious food living here! Even the dorm food is not bad, I can always find something I like! |
This semester was awesome and I can't wait to see what the future holds. Now it is time to pack and get ready to see my family and friends in SLC!!
